Refund Policy

Ferris Wheel Creations wants to ensure your satisfaction with every item you purchase from us. This Refund Policy explains how to return or exchange items purchased on our website, https://ferriswheelcreations.com/.

Return or Exchange or Cancellation

You can return or exchange an item within 48 hours of receiving the product, subject to the following conditions:

The item is unworn and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

The item will be exchanged if damaged in transit or if the wrong product is received, and we will cover the shipping charges in both cases, as long as the item is not damaged or altered in any way.

We reserve the right to decline a refund if: – The delivered goods are undamaged and meet the specifications of your order. – We determine that the return request is not valid and is based on false claims.

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction within 5-7 days of receiving the returned goods. – You have a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or text message).

Please note the following terms regarding cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted if the request is made before the order is dispatched or shipped. Once the order has been dispatched or shipped, no cancellations can be made.

Special festival occasion offer products are not eligible for cancellation.

If you cancel the order after payment is made, a 2% payment processing charge will be deducted. If the goods have already been shipped, both side shipping charges will also be deducted. The refund will be processed within 5-7 days of receiving the returned goods.

Return Process

Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Ship the item back to the address provided

We recommend using a trackable shipping method with proof of delivery.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective.

Processing Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Refunds cannot be transferred to any other payment method. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

For orders paid through Cash on delivery (COD)/ Pay on delivery (POD) to the delivery partner via UPI/ Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Wallet transaction, only store credits will be provided..
